Payment Applications Data Security Standard (PA DSS) version 1.2 is now in effect

Payment application data security standard is the payment card industry standard for payment applications.  Its goal is to maintain adequate security in all payment applications that deal with credit cards.  PA DSS was recently updated to version 1.2.
